2003 Mercury 25 hp leaking prop shaft seal

Is it a big deal to change the prop shaft seal on the above engine? How do you get the old seal out?

Its alot easier if you have a the right tools but if you are careful and take your time you can use a linse seal puller tool. I would have the dealer with the headache it is should run about $200

I have done other motors with dual seals just by digging them out but this single seal looks deep in there.
