Default 1997 or 1998 Mercury Tracker Trim / Lift Slowly Letting Engine Down

Thank you for taking my question.

On a 1997 or 1998, serial number 0G0B4270, Mercury Tracker 4 Cylinder, the trim hydraulics no longer hold the engine up firm. The engine slowly drops with time, about an inch in 15 minutes.
Can anyone comment on what the specific problem might be and if a rebuild kit is available.
    Thank you,
    Jim

Check the emergency release valve. It may have worked loose.
