i have a 1995 mercury 25 hp. i had it out fishing last night and all was fine. i was headed back out fishing today and the bulb wouldn't pump up. i noticed a fair amount of blackened fuel running out of the exhaust and onto the ground. any of you outboard whizzes got any possible explanations? much appreciated.
