Boat ran great for 10 minutes at full throttle-then looses power to 1/4 speed. Check gas for water, checked vent on tank, replaced bulb, replaced fuel line, checked fuel pump, replaced spark plugs & rechecked, rebuilt carb. Took boat out again-same thing happened. Suggestions?
