    Default 1987 Mercury 35 hp with coolant problems

    Started engine had water coming out pee-hole but it appeared to have air in the water line. Water would start and stop and go really slow. I replaced the impeller and tried it then but couldn't get it to pump water at all. The water ports are clear all the way thru so i'm baffled. Does anyone know anything to try?

    Thanks;

    This is the wrong section for this. With this might be a plugged water line
