    Default 1979 Mercury 9.8 hp outboard impeller

    I need directions on how to replace/install the impeller so my grandson can putt around in a resort boat when we go to Minnesota. Anybody know where I can get instructions for free?

    Hi Duffy You could try your public library. You could do a search on this board of the subject. I think there has been volumes writen about water pumps. I would go for a book first. Good luck hope this helps.
