    Default 1975 merc 115hp controls(((are they the correct ones))))

    i have a killer tower of power i picked up dirt cheap,,,,i have noticed that it has a mariner control box and my throttle in forward and rev dont work well,,,,forward will go all the way down to wot and then work and it will over travel to wot,,,what are the correct controls for this motor,,anyone got a pic of the correct ones thanks

    Why not post what you have. Mariner and Merc should use the same controls, I would think. That motor has a throttle stop screw as well as an idle stop screw. Are they set properly?
