Default 1969 Mercury 1250 Compression Check

I'm new to boating and was wondering if my compression is ok. I did it and got about 95 psi on all the cylinders except one was around 85. Just wondering what else I need to do because it still is not wanting to fire up.

Here is a link to my other thread with more information.

    Thanks,
