Throttle cable adjustment

I'm new to boating so bare with me. I have twin 305's and the starboard throttle needs to be pushed alot further ahead of the port one to match rpms. Is there a way to adjust the cable(s) to make them more even? The same starboard throttle feels alot more "loose" or "free" when operating them.

The only serial I have is from the survey that was done. Starboard engine serial number is listed as OF022998. I don't have much info on the carbs but I can look it up the next time I'm at the boat if I know what to look for. Sorry, noob
