my boat is a 22 ft starcraft euro. the steering system is a manual rack. i get a lot of feedback throught the steering (prop torque ect.) if i change over to a rotary system does anyone think this would eliminate the feeedback problem?thanks

Nope............Unless you go with the new No Feed Back systems......
Even then, It Doesn't matter if it's Rack + Pinion, or Rotary.......
Adjusting the Torque-Tab Should help.......
Any Grease is Better,..... Than No Grease at All.......
the system im looking at is no feedback.
I put a teleflex no-feedback steering system on my '76 boat. With the old system, you had to hang on to the wheel when at high rpms. But with the new steering I can go wide open with no hands, so I can definitely say it does work.
