mercruiser trim tab adjustment,power steering
should the trim tab be straight back with power steering?mine is adjusted a little to the port side,its been like this since i bought it used,just wondering if i should set it straight back like the manual says?93 merc, alpha 1,gen 2,350 mag,if its straight back do i even need it?i see some that just use an anode with no fin ?

Straight back or cut it off. You don't need it with power steering. You still want something there to act as an anode.
Hey, Have you seen? They make Really Cool life preservers nowadays.
So "Looking Dorky" is no longer an excuse for not wearing one.

Indeed, my power steering Merc has a circle anode without the trim tab.
