Mercruiser 454 hot starting problem

Please help.....I have a 1994 454 Merc i/o that starts fine cold and runs great. After running up to temperature and shutting off, It might take up to a minute and a half of cranking to get it to fire again. When it restarts, it runs great again..I have had it tuned up but that didn't help.Boat dealer can't find anything wrong...

when u go to start it after its warm and it cranks forever do u try holdin the trottle wide open? if u pull the air filter off and look at the carb is the choke shut all the way?
