    Default lower shift cable tube replacement

    can you just get the outer cable i guess just the cable tube with the threaded end that goes into the gear box? my inter cable is good it has pulled out of the threaded part, after just changeing the bellowand put all back together..knew it went back to easy. if so what would be the part # thanks

    1983 alpha 1 the lower shift cable tube (sheath) my core wire is good, the sheath came out of the brass that threads in to the gear box, i know you can get the core cable but what about just the sheath part?

    No, the lower shift cable comes as a kit and none of the parts are sold separately.

    They don't cost much, and that's what you need so that's what you have to get. Sorry.

    yea according to the P.O. the only thing had been done was newer bellows, look like in 1985,prop which was eat up first time out with him,and new floor,which mint a peice of plywood over old, and that was all ever done to this boat. dont think he was lieing cause been replacing just about every thing should have me a new boat b-4 long, the hard way
