Default How do I back flush antifreeze in cooling system?

I understand that periodically you're suppose to drain, back flush and put in new antifreeze. I don't have a clue on how to do this so I'd appreciate it if someone could walk me through the process. If I'm opening drains, please give me locations also because the only one I know about is under the heat exchanger.

Best thing for you to do is find a Volvo dealer and order service manual #7739856 that is for your engine.
