    Default 1974 Mercruiser 120 I/O question

Just bought this old boat and put on the muffs and she was over heating. I then took off the lower unit to inspect ( the impeller was toast!) I am replacing, but where did all the pieces of that thing go? Should I inspect anywhere else?

Well if you have power steering in the PS oil cooler then up at the thermostat housing to start. I'd take the hoses off at the transom and t-housing and blow them out. I suppose they can end up anywhere in the system, risers, fittings, hoses, etc. Flush and blow out everything.
