My 99 Force 40 is just not performing very well. At around 36-3800 RPM it is smooth as silk, but at low end rpm 1000-1200 rpm it has an intermittent miss and does the same at wot rpm of around 4600 rpm which is max I can get out of this engine. It is on a 20 foot pontoon. Any ideas out there...
