i have a volvo penta d3.160.a steering problem
p.a.s very hard (gets marginely lighter with engine off but not much) checked cable moves fine, drained and refilled fluid with dexron 2 still hard
replaced pump still the same. had ram system checked by local hydrolic engineers...
