i have a 1989 dt85 suzuki outboard and years ago i rebuilt the carbs. how important is it to re sync the carbs after removing? what tool do i need? i'm about to remove them again and was just wondering.

I have a problem on my suzuki dt 85 outboard. it runs like a bat out of hell as long as i pump the primer bulb. if i stop however, i the engine will bog down as if it's fuel starved.
get this though: I've changed out the diaphram kit in the fuel pump, cleaned the fuel filter and it has good...
