I am currently restoring a 1987 Procraft 1780v. I am almost complete, except I am having trouble finding the sunvisors/windscreens for both consoles. Anyone know where I can find some OEM, or some aftermarket?
How do you remove oil seals without damaging the bearings. I am doing a complete reseal of my lower unit. I dont wanna replace my bearings but the oil seals on the outboard edges will not budge. Usually i would take a punch and mallet after them, but I dont wanna scar the bearings.
Looking for help pulling my lower unit. I have removed all bolts from lower unit, disconnected shift linkage and removed the trim tab. I cannot get this thing to budge.... is there a hidden secret to getting it off?
