I have a 1989 baretta 184 with an Volvo Penta aq131d. It seems that the steering is very Slow to respond and once it does it seems to be major oversteer. Now I'm still learning this boat and it's been a while since I've driven one but I have driven a few in the past and I don't remember anything...

Might have found a couple of issues.....yippie
1. Looks like the transom has a soft spot all the way back under the motor that reaches up about 4-6inches. Its not soft or weak from outside or anywhere else, no flex..... how...
