    Re: Chrysler port stop help I've never posted pics on the forum before. Hope these 3 are attached!? I've had to replace them once before, and when I bought them, they were described as port stops. They hold the outboard up in the tilted position.

    Hi guys, I have a 1974 55 HP, and a 1970 9.9 HP, both Chryslers. They both have OEM port stops that I don't care for much. They both (at some point) have lost the spring to them, and don't move very easy. I was wondering if anyone has any better option for replacement? I can fix them.... But...

    Carb, and impeller questions on Chrysler 9.9

    I have a Chrysler 9.9 HP, 92HA, 1970 kicker that I want to replace the impeller on. I didn't see my model on Iboats. Does anyone know where I can find a kit for it? Also, I cleaned the carb, and the A/F screw is out 8 turns! This seems like way too much?

    What's the plug gap, and compression for Chrysler?

    I have a 9.9 HP Chrysler model 92HA. I'm going to replace the plugs, and check compression. The ones I pulled out have a gap around .020. Is this right? I guess I figured it'd be more like .030, or .035. Also, with the engine cold, compression on both cylinders is 120 PSI. I would think that...
