Anyone have a wiring diagram for this boat? I just picked up this boat and am in the process of replacing the floors and attempting to ensure all wiring is operational but previous owner made some mods. Any help is greatly appreciated.
My 1993 Evinrude 115 w/power tilt/trim will only tilt up. I have to use the manual release to get the motor back down. I'm using the switch on the engine-the one on the control handle appears inoperative. I just picked up this boat so all help is greatly appreciated.

My local repair shop says I need a new control box (throttle/shift) and in order to replace the box, they have to replace both cables and the wiring harness. It is a single lever side mount box with trim/tilt on a 1988 120HP outboard. Seems to me they should be able to replace the box...
The engine (elec start) starts and runs fine as long as the throttle is advanced. When you shift into neutral from the start position, the engine dies. Do I need to increase the idle and if so, how do I do that? Thanks in advance
