Engine runs extremely quiet at idle, oil pressure 40 psi the whole time, cold or warmed up. Bring RPM up over 1200 or so in neutral and you get a loud roar like a whooped wheel bearing in a car with the same type of vibration you'd feel with a bad wheel bearing...
I have two complete Bravo One outdrives and transom assemblies. One is a 1988 with no fluid reservoir and the other is a 1991 or newer with the fluid reservoir. I am installing one of these in my 1991 Formula 242 SS.
The 1988 unit and especially the transom assembly look absolutely great...
