Well I had bought my son a 8" bazooka sub for his tuck a few years back and since then he has moved on to bigger subs. I thought I would surprise the wife and have the sub installed in the boat. So my buddy came over and jumped at the chance to install the sub..since he used to love doing...

They can both be found here...although you can search for something like them that may be cheaper...
Well...we took the bat to the river and had a good day...upon going to get the trailer my wife noticed one of the long bunks was almost completely ready to fall off!! Two of the screws were missing and the front one was barely in the wood. You could grrab the bung and move it to the side...
Well I FINALLY got my truck!! It's a 2013 Ford F150 Platinum with the Ecoboost 3.5L twin turbo motor and 3.73 gearing with max tow. We will be taking the boat to the lake tomorrow so i will have to take some pics of it with the boat, for now here's the scoot!

Those types of tow ropes ALWAYS drag in the wake and slow the tube down dramatically. I had one of those and also had the Sportsstuff 4K towable booster ball...which didn't help it out one bit!

The tabs do not stick out all that far. Nauticus recommends that they be installed 5" from the outer edge of the chine. Here is a picture of mine on my Q7i....you can see where they recommend them to be installed. I think they say the 40lb. ones are good...

We have ours in the floor storage as well....we also have a 15 lb. Danforth with 100' of rope. It lays on the extra orange life jackets and has no issues with bouncing around. I also have the 3 ' of chain coming off the anchor to help allow it to unhook.

I was wondering if anyone has installed the Jetstrream Wake Light from Plasmaglow? I was looking on their site on the Plasmaglow Firestorm lights for my truck and saw these.
I think they would be a cool thing to turn on just as it starts to get dark in the water...
