Anyone have any idea if this has been done, I have a lead on a cheap Mercury tilt trim unit (from a newer 115HP) (very clean, looks new) for $150, wondering if it could be made to fit my 85HP johnson with some fabrication...

Anyone have any idea how I would mount one of those small ladder/swim platform on this transom, the problem of course being the huge curves on the outside of the transom..
Ignore the ugliness of the hull and motor, I'm slowly working on making her look good

Thats cool, quick question, where did you find on this site to check your HIN, and HIN tool I have tried tells me that there are not enough digits, my hin is only 6 digits long, see attached;

I picked up this boat last summer, however I have no info on it, or the manufacturer,
Just wondering if anyone has any information at all, im not even sure of the age
