    Power trim cylinder

    I want to check the trim cylinder fluid on my 89 5.0 cobra. The OEM manual states to raise the drive in full tilt position. Should I support the drive in full tilt, before opening the reservoir, before checking the fluid? Any other "cautions" I should take before opening it? Thx MB

    1989 OMC Cobra Ford 302

    Wanted to ask this question, about the plug gap on a 1989 Omc Cobra 302. I have the 89 OMC service manual, which states for my 502APRMED, plug gap 0.30 I see some recommend 0.35 because of the current fuel. Stick with the manual? or? Thanks MB
