    Does Life-calk have to be discarded after the tube is opened and used once? 3M 4200 does.

    Fuel spitting out motor connector

    I've got a '79 6hp Evinrude. When I disconnect the fuel hose to run the carb dry, gas spits back out of the motor. This goes on until the carb runs dry. I've never noticed this before. Do I have a fuel pump problem?

    H.I.N. location?

    Hi Folks, I just got a Crestliner 1600 Super Hawk, circa 2000. I've read that the HIN is usually located on the starboard side, near, or on the transom. I don't see anything, or any place where something was attached at one time. Is this a metal plate? A decal? Thanks.

    Hi folks, I just got a 16' Super Hawk, circa 2000. I'm trying to find the HIN. Is it on a plate, or a decal? I've read that most are located on the starboard side near the transom, but don't see anything, or any sign that something was there at one time. Thanks!

    '79 Evinrude 6hp dismantling

    I'm taking apart my 6hp model 6904E. Silly question, how do I get the crankcase separated? I think all the screws/bolts are out and the dowel pins are out as well, but the halves are really stuck together.
