    94 115 Johnson Can I limit the rpm's on this motor, it runs too fast.

    I have a 94 Johnson 115 Ocean Pro, I just mounted on my 17' Boston Whaler. Is there a govenor or rev limiter I can adjust. I want to be able let the teenagers use it without going WOT. Thanks Mark
