    1986 25hp mercury outboard running on one cylinder

    i have a 25 hp 1986 mercury 2 stroke ,2 cylinder. has me at wits end . the motor only gets spark to one coil. i replaced the coils wires an plugs. didnt help, so i dug deeper. if the trigger is bad will that cause one cylinder to fire. i only get .702 oms when tested, ignition stator tested out...
