To wire a trim gauge that has 4 wires (1 pink-1 blue-1 yellow & 1 black) to a Yamaha F115 4 stroke that has 4 wires ( 2pink-1 pink/black & 1 pink/white) how do they match up to splice?
I am replacing a 1999 Yamaha C 90 with a 2012 F115LA 4 stroke. The connectors for the trim gauge do not match up (both ends are identical male connectors). The one on the new motor has 4 wires, 2 solid pink; 1 pink/black and 1 pink/white. The one on the boat harness has different colors...
