    Torque Settings for the 10 screws (#76630) 1994 Mercury 40 hp Outboard

    They hold the Cover Assembly #8360A with Water Gasket #43777 2 in between to the powerhead. Here is an exploded view http://www.mercurypartsexpress.com/us/parts-search.html#mr1466ar15959 Any help would be great
