    compression test results/ more problems

    ok, so i just did a compression test on the 66 johnson seahorse. i followed the sticky, except i had it in water and it was done cold. the numbers were around 119 for the top and the bottom were 116. does the engine NEED to be warmed up and does it NEED to be done out of water?

    I jus rebuilt the carb on the 66 john. 20 hp seahorse. And there is no fuel going to the cylinders. I followed the sticky the best i could and i know the float needle is acting as it should and i know there is fuel in the carb body. I just dont kno what to check, so any thoughts are...
