Ok. Engine won't start and it's narrowed down to the area of the electric fuel pump - or at least it's not being activated. Here's what I know:

My old 7.4 was mated to a duo prop lower unit ratio of 1:1.95. I ran C4's and got a WOT of 4400+rpm (not quite 4500)

Well, here she is all tucked away... I'm still waiting for my fiberglass mufflers but other than that, I think I'm ready to go.
I took some more pics on my phone but they came out blurry.
I had three set of Duo Props reconditioned and asked the guy to mark them (B2, B3, etc.) because I didn't know which were which.
When I got them home I see he marked each one for the actual Pitch and Diameter.
Is there a conversion chart of sorts so that I can determine what each set is...
