Thinking of buying a shrimp pot puller and no manufacturers offer one that mounts to the Penn swivel mounts I have for my downriggers. I would prefer to not mount a davit into the gunwale, but if I need to net out there I can.

Trying to figure out how keep more than half inch of water in the live well yet circulate fresh water. Any plumbing tricks for the through hull? Do I epoxy in some sort of extension tubing? Any pictures greatly appreciated.
