    my 1971 25hp seahorse is having issues

    my 1971 25hp seaorse is having some issues, this just started when yesterday, when I'm running WOT the engine will bog down and then rev back up to normal RPM's. a friend said it's either the gas or possibly a power pack going bad.

    where is this oil leaking from? should I be concerned?

    noticed this this morning. oil leaking from the lower portion of the outdrive, there's a small hole in the drive that the oil is leaking from, it isn't a threaded hole so it's not like there's a a screw or plug missing. I'm new to outboards so I'm kind of clueless. if it helps this is a 1971...
