There are a couple things that do concern me so far
One is the front engine mount ...
The front mount is just sitting on 3/4 ply that has deteriorated and the right bolt is loose.

puchased a couple years ago and began reworking the interior got it out on the water and she runs and rides nice
Stripped out the carpet and discovered a soft spot in the floor from water leakage.
