I recently inherited a 14' aluminum fishing boat with a 25HP Johnson Seahorse outboard that had been sitting (covered) for a few years. I am trying to remove the lower unit so that I can replace the water pump / impeller, but I cannot seem to get the lower unit off for the life of me...
