Above about 1000 RPM's, my 50 hp 72 electric shift jumps in and out of gear running forward. This is a consistent jumping, like every three seconds. Lower speeds is still consistent, like every 10 seconds. More throttle I give, the faster the jumping in and out. Have not tried in reverse...
