I have a 2006 Mercury 9.9 that I need an upper cowling for. Does anyone know where I can find one...even if it's used or salvaged? We don't want to spend a ton of money. Or is there something compatible in another brand that might fit it? Any suggestions or idea would be greatly appreciated...
