    Starting Problem

    I have a 1995, 40 HP Mercury 4 cylinder w/ tilt. Tilt motor is shorted and blew one of the tilt relays. I replaced the relay and disconnected the tilt motor. Can?t get a spark from the plugs and the kill switch will now let me turn the motor over in the ?off? position. Any ideas?

    Ignition Horn Alert

    I have a 1995, 40 HP Mercury on a Sweetwater pontoon. Motor would not start with good battery and starter. It started when bypassing starter solenoid.
