1980 Johnson 70hp. Can anyone help me find the plastic/delrin/nylon bushings that go on the large pivot pin/pivot shaft that the motor pivots up and down on?

First thing, don't bash me I read the sticky on cable install :-). I'm running this motor on the hose and checking for forward and reverse engagement. Forward engages properly but reverse clicks about 10+ times before engaging. My shift rod height has been verified. What should I adjust?
I'm trying to install a perko battery selector switch and need to locate a wire. Where would I locate the charging wire on this motor? I cant find anything leading to the battery that looks like a charging wire.
