Only found one spot that had wood rot, next to the engine where you can stand to work on the engine. Looks like someone was very heavy and broke the wood and this allowed water to soak in the wood and the foam under it...
Brought home a 1977 SeaRay today. It's going to need some elbow grease but I think it's pretty solid. This thing has one thick hull. Going to tear through it and go over everything. It has the Volvo Penta 305 engine & outdrive. I paid $700 for it.
