Iam a new boat owner with what I hope is a simple problem. I have a 50 hp 1997 johnson that starts & runs fine on fast idle but, when I lower the fast idle lever enough to shift into gear, it stalls.
Ny local repair shop is closed for the weekend & I want to be on the water for the weekend...
