    2nd try 1996 130 cuts out above 3k rpm

    runs great under 3k, but as soon as it gets to 3k it cuts in and out until it is back below 3k - when cutting in and out, it does so every few seconds. RPM's drop to about 1000, then bounce back up, then down..... suggestions?
