I rebuilt this motor... I didn't rebuild the carb though...
In this video, I'm not touching the throttle. It runs rough and never levels out at an idle speed. Then dies on its own. Help. Is this a carb problem?

I have a 1969 Evinrude 9.5 Sportwin. The Cowling seal is badly dry rotted. The part number is 0206097. It looks like the part is obsolete. Is there an alternative, like weather stripping? Thanks in advance!
Hey everyone... I've had this beat up beauty I'm my garage for a few months and I'm finally getting around to working on it.
The previous owner said it ran a few years ago but last time he had it out, the throttle stuck open and he pulled the fuel line to stop the motor. He didn't touch it...
Thanks in advance... I've removed all the screws on the handle and it still won't come out... the only thing holding it on is the linkage. How do I remove the linkage from the handle? Thanks.
