Time for a little update... I haven't been able to do much work, but I did get the rear deck off, and did a little cutting and cleaning. Here are a few pix:

Well... better late than never I guess! This weekend wound up being a little less productive than I hoped, but I DID make a little progress. I got the rear bilge partially cleaned, mid bilge is clean and dry, sand 'tubes' are out (380# of sand!!)...
