    Powdercoating ?'s

    I am wanting to get my bow rails , hand rails , windshield frame , and mounts powdercoated. I believe the rails and mounts are stainless steel , while the windshield frame is aluminum. Can they be coated? I was told that all parts need to be sand blasted prior to coating them. Thanks for any help!
