OK so I've changed my drive oil an some of it was alittle milky.. so im gonna tear it down an do some over do maintenance.

For sometime now i've been noticing water dripping from what it seems like its leaking from behind the sea water pump.. am i right about this? is this a normal or common problem? what can i do to fix this??
well i got my new water pump in (remanufactured one, aq125 a engine). got the old one takin off, was fairly simple. now im ready to put the new gasket on an bolt on.
But, i'm worndering what type of gasket sealer to use?
