i just bought this bayliner that has a 2 stroke motor. i was wondering if i have to add oil to the motor. i know i have to add it to the gas i was just wondering it i had to add it somewhere in the motor also. also how can i tell how much horsepower it has.
i have a 82 4cyl 470 i think merc that is leaking from the weep hole on the front of the motor. is this a hard thing to fix yourself. i heard that its just replacing some seals is this correct and is it a easy job.

I Have A 1977 Sea Form With A Ford 351 Motor And A Mercury 233 Outdrive. When I Put It In The Water It Wont Start. If I Pull It Out Of The Water It Starts Then Dies Once The Motor Hits The Water. It Works Fine When Hooked Up The The Hose. Any Help Would Be Greatfull.
