    Thanks everyone I finally figured it out. It was the fuse. Cranking over with ignition switch. Next is changing the water pump so I can get it running.

    Okay I’m attending my meter to the neg. Battery post and reading the volts on the B post. Is this the correct way?

    I bro not have 12 volts at the B post or the S post on the on position. I have continuity on my battery wire which is red and purple to the bus bar on the motor.

    It a Johnson 88 SPL 1988. I hooked up the natural safety switch this morning. I checked it to make sure it was working and it is. This other information you I just read should help. I won’t be able to try any of these till Tuesday. I’ll keep the tread posted.
